For a one-time, non-recurring consulting fee, services shall include:
- Extensive consultation with owners and staff
- Advice on leasehold improvements to client’s store space and store set-up
- Recommended kitchen equipment and supplies
- Comprehensive master list of retail merchandise vendors
- Opening inventory recommendations (kitchen & retail) and ordering procedures
- Recipes for all dog biscuits and specialty treats
- Learn how to decorate specialty treats & birthday cakes
- Hands-on baking and kitchen training (plan to spend 4-5 days with us)
- Advice on successful merchandising of dog biscuits and specialty treats
- An over-view of sales & marketing, including advertising, trade shows, sales techniques and developing wholesale accounts
- Professional accounting advice including chart of accounts and payroll
- Your own operating manuals summarizing all of the above information
- Follow-up phone support, as requested, offering suggestions, advice and trouble-shooting
Consulting services shall be focused on starting up and operating a dog bakery and shall not include advice on selection of a site or location, or advice on any legal matters.
